INSEAD, a global leader in business education, continues to integrate VR content into its curriculum to enhance experiential learning.

Produced by AVRIS, this project involved filming a series of scripted 360° scenarios with professional actors. These immersive scenes bring students directly into high-stakes business moments — from closed boardroom meetings to critical decision-making situations.

Shot in 360° video, the content is designed to place viewers inside the narrative, offering a deeper understanding of leadership, negotiation, and organizational dynamics. The project has since been implemented as part of INSEAD’s executive and MBA programs, and showcased internationally within the XR education space.
