sensitive facility
This project was produced for Incider Media.
It was developed for a high-security institution as part of a tailored staff training program.
Through realistic scenarios and immersive storytelling, participants practiced procedures and responses in a controlled, lifelike environment. The experience was designed to improve retention, emotional awareness, and readiness for complex tasks.
Due to the sensitive nature of the institution, further details cannot be shared. However, the methodology developed here can be applied to fields such as healthcare, industry, and government.
Immersive video has a unique power: it places the viewer in someone else’s shoes. This experience fully realized that potential.
I was responsible for the cinematography and editing of the visual content, while Incider Media, led by Avidan Shapira, directed the content strategy and app development. The cast included both professional actors and real staff members, resulting in a more authentic and accurate outcome than traditional training methods.
The final result is a powerful, thought-provoking experience that fosters both empathy and operational clarity.
